Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy Hotel

Exceptional service and fairly quiet and soundproof rooms with balloons & sweets. A great selection of supplies in the room: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

Almost all aspects, it's a nice hotel.

Excellent location, within 20-30 mins of all major places by Metro. Very pleasant environment in Bercy village. Modern hotel providing comfort and above the norm for size and space in Paris.

Unfortuantely a moan about reception, we ordered 3 rooms but when we arrived there were only 2 reserved - apparently an error in booking from the internet system. We asked for 2 next to eachother to allow kids next door, at first they were 20 rooms apart on 2 different parts of the floor. When we did get them organised next to eachother it took them ages to get the 2nd room cleaned. So our check-in took a total of 4 1/2 hours. Otherwise the hotel was very good.

The pool and spa facilities were a real highlight of our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been more diverse to cater to different tastes.

Management of hotel was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. The metro line near to hotel(line14) was so good. I will recommend this hotel to all my families and friend.

For shopping, we had a little issue for carrying bags by own in metro.(but it wasn't so hard).

Excellent modern design, spacious rooms with wonderful beds. The location is a little outside the center, but only 10 minutes away with a very efficient metro system. The only minus with the hotel is that the beds are so nice that it is hard to get up in time to see all the wonderful attractions in Paris. All in all, this hotel gets out very best recommendations!

great amenities but some noise issues

I appreciated the extensive breakfast menu with an omelette station, made mornings good. Accessing the gym and pool was smooth, with staff providing clear instructions.

The noise from nearby streets could be bothersome at times.

I think that the hotel is very very conveniently located for the Metro and nearby shops and restaurants. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds!! Breakfast was excellent and a great selection. I would stay here again. We had two rooms and were a family of five on a short break in Paris.

I felt that the temperature control in the rooms was not good particularly which was a shame. The beds are lovely and comfortable but the thermostat, although turned right down, was not particularly cool. I ended up sleeping without the duvet on meaning a restless few nights. The staff in general were very helpful especially the front desk and the maitre d' but the waitresses in the restaurant were not smiley and looked really unhappy to serve you. I even had one snatch a coffee jug off me when I asked for a refill. She was not the only one though, the rest of the staff looked hassled and reluctant to be there. Poor service at breakfast which was a pity as the breakfast was very tasty.

I loved that the hotel is just a few steps from Bercy Village, a lively outdoor shopping and dining area, and only a short walk from the beautiful Bois de Vincennes, making my weekend strolls enjoyable.

Pleasent enviroment, close to the metrostation, big size of room, helpfull staff.

There wasnt coffee spoon at the breakfast for the tea, and coffee. only when you are asking.

Well, that was a surprise!

The table tennis and foosball kept the kids entertained while I appreciated the comfortable pool area. Access to Bercy Village's dining options was a good bonus. Although the metro was close, getting around was easy. Just a bit more attention to detail would elevate the experience further.

It is a little of city center but still very convenient located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a subway takes you right into the city center. Decent sized room with modern design. A hotel would cost three times more if in the city center. Save the money if you can stand 10 minutes of subway!

The lovely Bercy Village steps away, full of good bars, restaurants, and shops.
